Last weekend, my yard looked like this.
Let’s just say, it was a rough go.
But my goodness, what a difference a week makes. This weekend? Signs of life in the garden!
Deep green rhubarb leaves unfolding as their rosy stalks rise from the earth.
A vibrantly green bunch of chives already thriving.
Tall green tops letting us know there are spring onions growing beneath the surface.
Happy hens.
And a couple of handsome guys. What more can a girl ask for?
I’m sun/wind burned, have thorns in my fingertips, and scrapes on my arms from garden clean-up! And it feels great!
Happiness in MN–now that forecast later this week–What!!!
Yep, everyone looks happy in your garden too!
